Data handling for a qualification-first business inquiry flow.

Zynovex uses this site to qualify business inquiries, preserve attribution, protect founder time, and support follow-up on serious opportunities. This page explains what data is collected, why it is used, and where it may be routed.

Collected for fit

The core purpose of collection is routing business inquiries, not maximizing raw lead volume.

Not for broad resale

Submitted information is used for Zynovex's own qualification, follow-up, and delivery operations rather than a mass marketing-data business model.

Keep sensitive data out

The public form is for commercial qualification. Do not submit payment card data, protected health data, secrets, or other regulated datasets there.

1. Information collected directly from you

  • Full name, business email, company name, company URL, role, and team size.
  • Inquiry context such as segment, current tools, business problem summary, timeline, budget status, and decision-maker status.
  • Any additional information you choose to send by email or through a follow-up conversation.

2. Technical, attribution, and security data

  • UTM parameters, landing page, referrer, and click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid when they are present in the URL.
  • Browser-stored attribution values used to preserve first-touch and last-touch source context for qualification and booking flow analysis.
  • Operational and security data such as IP address, user agent, request path, and timestamp when forms or API routes are used.

3. Why the data is used

  • Evaluate fit and route requests into qualified, manual-review, or no-fit outcomes.
  • Respond to inquiries and, when appropriate, move a qualified lead into booking or paid-discovery follow-up.
  • Create or update internal lead records, founder alerts, CRM records, or delivery webhooks when those integrations are configured.
  • Measure page and CTA performance using privacy-focused analytics and event tracking.
  • Protect the site and APIs against abuse, spam, and security issues.

4. Where information may be routed

The production stack is environment-driven. Depending on what is configured at the time of your submission, inquiry data may be routed to one or more of the following:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that deliver the website and server routes.
  • Privacy-focused analytics provider configuration such as Plausible, when enabled.
  • CRM or webhook destinations such as HubSpot or founder alert endpoints, when enabled in production.
  • External scheduling provider pages used for fit-call booking after qualification.

5. Retention and deletion

Zynovex keeps inquiry and attribution records for as long as reasonably necessary to review fit, respond, maintain commercial records, analyze source quality, and meet legal or security obligations. If a matter becomes a client engagement, retention may also follow the signed engagement documents and normal business recordkeeping needs.

To request deletion or correction of information you submitted through the site, email info@zynovexllc.com. Zynovex may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.

6. External services and international handling

The site may rely on service providers that process data in the United States or in other jurisdictions where they operate infrastructure. If you move from the Zynovex site to an external scheduler, CRM-hosted page, or another provider surface, that provider's privacy policy also applies.

7. Business-use site

Zynovex uses this site to support business inquiries and founder-led service delivery. It is not intended for children, consumer social features, or public user accounts.
